Neuroresearch
Hey, so just got an invite to interview and it says that if you’ve voluntarily declared bilingualism on your app, you will be tested on interview day. for my OMSAS app I put English as first language, both as spoken, and English as language of correspondence—does that mean I declared bilingualism? I’m applying for the English stream.
-D-
Am I misreading your post? Bilingual refers to speaking English and French but you only mention English.
Neuroresearch
Yes, I think you may be misreading—I listed both for spoken, as I can speak in French but I wouldn’t consider myself bilingual as my written French is not great. -D-
Ohhhhh “both as spoken” I see it now. When I applied I believe there was a check box for bilingualism, but they might also check your spoken languages to make that determination. Brush up on your French and be prepared to answer a question in FR!
