I'm an Ontario resident graduating with a 4-year Psychology Specialist (Hon.B.Sc.) from U of T. My GPA was about 3.75 and my MCAT scores were

10PS/10V/10BS/R

Assorted ECs, volunteering, a bit of research but no papers as of yet. Have been working for over 3 years at a hospital and a Dr's office. Somehow, (miraculously), I was accepted by U of T. :rollin This is my first time applying for medical school. I have also been waitlisted at UWO, and rejected by Mac and Queen's pre-interview.

Of all the schools I applied to, I think I'd like to attend Western as my first choice... I think I just need to get out of town.

I'm a BC resident and UVic Biochemistry grad who's been working in the biotech industry for 2 years.

GPA: 3.6ish

MCAT: 38Q

This was my first attempt applying anywhere. I got rejected without interview at UBC, Calgary, McGill, Western, and Columbia but UofT accepted me. Toronto was my first choice all along.

That letter took a long time (figuratively and literallly)....had to wait until Friday!

I'm a BC resident. I did my undergrad at UBC (major pharmacology). My GPA was 3.97/4.00 and my MCAT scores were:

Physical Sciences: 11

Verbal: 9

Biological Sciences: 12

Written Sample: Q

I was accepted by U of T and UBC. Got wait listed at Queens and Western. This is my first time applying to this school.

Of all the schools I applied to, I'd like to attend U of T as my first choice.

2005 Acceptances, Rejections and Waitlists

Please use the modified format below for your 2005 Acceptance / Rejections / Waitlist post. I've changed it slightly to account for the two U of T specific criteria: adjusted GPA is what counts, and MCAT scores don't matter beyond making the cutoffs. Hopefully this will help clarify things for future applicants using this thread for guidance!

Feel free to add any other information you like to your own post, but as always, any discussion about other messages should be posted in another thread, and will be removed to keep this one clean. Good luck and congratulations to everyone!

------ cut and paste the form below in your post -------

I'm a (Province) resident in (undergraduate or graduate) studies. My adjusted U of T GPA was (XYZ) and my MCAT scores were (above the cutoff / below the cutoff with PS#, V#, BS# and W#).

I was (accepted/rejected/waitlisted) by U of T. This is my (first/second/third/more than third) time applying to this school.

Of all the schools I applied to, I'd like to attend (XYZ Med School) as my first choice.
