papermailboy123
Hi all - I was wondering if I could get an opinion from someone who has previously applied to Western on how much time/work I would need to dedicate on the essays. I'm asking because I have a 127 in CARS and I'm not sure if I'll make the cutoff this year, and don't want to waste time applying somewhere I won't even get considered. anonymouspls
It took me 3 afternoons but i type extremely fast (140 + wpm) and am generally a decent writer. I would budget about a week of few hours a night for the average person.
w8list
I had a 128 and didn’t think I would meet the cutoff last year, so I wrote mine in 45min and sent it in lol worked out fine
Vivieeeeeee
Spent one evening. 7-11PM. Proofread them myself the day after (wanted mind to be fresh). Hit that submit button.
SmartfoodLover
I’m going to be honest here, I wrote my entire ABS the night before in about 3 hours, proofread it the morning it was due and sent it in. Probably took me about 4 hours total, and I got invited for interview. But I also know I work well under pressure - I wouldn’t necessarily recommend doing it the way I did
