Guest dimsum4life Posted June 9, 2006 Report Share Posted June 9, 2006 I am thinking about applying this year to the medical program at Queen’s, but wanted to see if anyone out there could give me some feedback re: the competitiveness of my application. B.Sc. – GPA of last two years = 3.5 Masters in Occupational Therapy- not sure of my GPA, probably –A Tons of placement experience during my OT program (peds, psychiatric conditions etc), and am currently working as an OT. Lots of extracurricular experience (volleyball, basketball) and volunteering (coaching, hospital) I am planning on writing the MCAT this August and “upgrading” during the 2006/2007 academic year (to improve my GPA in the event I have to apply again in 2007).
