Mention au bulletin uni francophones?

Salut,

Est-ce que quelqu'un sait si la mention au bulletin est prise en compte par les universités francophones ou si elle n'est considérée que par McGill (je me demandais car j'avais entendu que McGill étaient les seuls à regarder le CV et l'expérience...)
