If we're talking usually, I think it's safe to say after OMSAS. But, there have been years where it's before OMSAS as well. Regardless though, UBC has always come out during the 2nd week of May. So it's probably 99.9% likely that it will be sometime during the 2nd week of May, whether that's Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, who knows?
