Unit includes laundry and dryer (also new 2019). Unit has own AC and heat pump. Can be furnished with kitchen table and chairs, recliners, bed, and basic shelves. Building amenities: gym, meeting room/lounge, rooftop patio area, **direct access to food court in basement (you don't have to go outside in the winter). It's a pretty quiet building with thick concrete walls. Walking distance to: University of Toronto (20min), Ryerson(10min). Hospitals: Sick Kids(6min), Toronto General(9min), Women's College(15min), Mt Sinai(6min), St. Michael's (16min), Toronto Western (18min). Price: 2000/month. This includes water and heating.
