Looking for a roommate for my 2.5 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome in downtown Ottawa (Old Ottawa East).

There are two options to rent: 1. Basement area to yourself with private bathroom (shower). I would just need to access the laundry room occasionally.

2. Second bedroom upstairs beside my bedroom and office. Master bathroom would be shared.

*Must be ok with dogs as I have a 4 year old lab mix. She is very sweet and friendly..

Outdoor parking and utilities are included in the rental price.
