Transcipts for UBC students

Hello,

 

I can't seem to find directions for sending in transcipts (I have this feeling that there's a whole section of the application website that I haven't seen). Anyways, when I request on line, should I get them sent directly to the faculty, and if so, what's the address that I send to?

When I sent my transcripts to Dentistry, I used the regular mailing address and I did it directly through the Registrar's office (the place that makes your transcripts) at Brock Hall. That way, I was sure I was doing it properly. It gave me peace of mind, so if it's possible, I recommend it.

Hi Ollie,

 

There's a link in the first page of the application, just after you log in. This link provides you with a list of to-dos, which includes the address to where you have your transcripts sent. Unlike the OMSAS application, UBC's application does not have a feature that allows automatic retrieval of transcripts.
