Withdrawing from a Course

Hi guys

 

Genetics is a hard class and I will have permission to withdraw if I need to. If I have a squeaky clean transcript and 1 W on it with no change in GPA, how bad does it look to med schools, will I have to justify it, or will it be overlooked?
