I just have years of wildly vast personal experience... sports, clubs, teaching, journalism, health and non-health related volunteering, social work, entertainment industry work, impaired driving prevention, scientific research, environmental-related work, council involvement, automotive industry work... I don't spend all my time studying for school.

 

Anyway, I hope by posting here that it will help others.

Yes. I know that it is in January. That is NOT what I meant. I meant any other activities...e.g. contacting verifiers...contacting you...etc.

none for me. Last year I didn't start hearing news of them contacting my verifiers until January though, so it could be a while yet.

yeah...none for me either.....mmmm....so I guess I should not worry that we are not contacted...it is common.

If you are not contacted that is a good thing. It mean that you are not missing prerequisites etc. I was not contacted once last year prior to being invited for interview. Good luck!

I agree...I prefer not to be contacted, since, if you are, t is not a good sign for your application....it probably means your application is 'already' encountering difficulty.

Obviously one's application has "already" encountered difficulties, or else I don't see why else anyone would get an email. To congratulate them on handing in such an awesome application? Like I said before, my application was 2 credits shy of the 90 credit requirement, and thus they sent me an email, leading me to speculate that the admissions people are making sure you identify and address your missing components first before they invest into looking at the "meat" of your application.
