Can anyone provide any info on the topic? I'd prefer the experience if it is something that would be worthwhile/encouraged (like it is at other schools that encourage it...in a -- med school student host, get the 411 and maybe take in a class the day/night before the interview, out for a night on the town the night after -- kind of way) and was wondering if anyone could provide info not just on whether its available but also on the atmosphere....is it available and encouraged/worthwhile or basically something students there aren't really into and looked upon as just a way to leech a bed for out of towners?

Hey faqir9:

Billeting is a great way to get to know the school and its students. I remembered last year, along with my interview invite, there was contact information available for billeting. I am not too sure how things are done this year but I learned the most by talking to the med students. Plus, it is always great to get words of encouragement :)
