Dental Specialties

Is it hard to match into a dental specialty in Canada. Do you have to be top of your class like in the states or is it a little bit easier? Thanks!

From what I have seen and read, yes you have to be top of your class.

I would say it's not easier then in the states, if anything it is harder because of the limited specialty openings (for example western takes only 1 omfs per year).

Definitely it should be harder than in States as there are far less spots.
