Great value apartment near med school

I'm moving as my roommates are off to residency. We have a 3 bedroom apartment available for rent starting June 1st. It is AS CLOSE AS YOU CAN GET to the medical school. The walk is less than 5 minutes to class. It's a very clean basement suite of a bungalow with large windows in a very nice neighbourhood (Parkdale). 1 spacious bathroom, washer and dryer in the house.

 

It will be hard to find a better deal - rent is ~$1050 for 3 people = $350/person plus utilities. Send me an email if you're interested!
