I read on mcgill's website that we could actually have more than 3 referees (up to 7), so do you think it's better to have the classic minimum (3 reference reports) or to go for the maximum we could have. Drakoulias Posted January 12, 2011 Report Share Posted January 12, 2011 I seem to remember reading somewhere that McGill would take an average "score" from your references when determining who gets interviews. future_doc Posted January 12, 2011 Report Share Posted January 12, 2011 It is virtually impossible to obtain 7 strong and credible references, three should be more than enough unless sopmehow, you are a special case that needs additional references.
