Even the stats posted in accepted/rejected threads should be taken with a grain of salt since not all accepted people and even fewer rejected people will post. thatonekid Posted June 15, 2011 Report Share Posted June 15, 2011 If I hadn't discovered this forum in second year, I never would've known what is required to be a competitive applicant. Reading the posts on here kicked my butt into gear and I started really focusing on getting meaningful EC's, research experience, etc. Even now, when I don't want to do anything, I look at the stats in the rejected section and it snaps me out of it!
