Wait unit 2 accepted the offer. The reason York cancelled classes was because the contract profs were on strike, but they're no longer on strike. Does this mean classes are gonna start again?
I don't think we're allowed to have midterms if TAs are on strike, but classes can continue.

In case any of you aren't able to check the site:

"Unit 1 voted 59 % to reject the Employer’s latest offer, while Unit 3 voted 77 % to reject. Both units remain on strike.

Unit 2 voted 65 % to accept, and have thereby ratified the Employer’s latest offer."

AND ALL ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES ARE STILL SUSPENDED

They cant really start classes. Senate policy is that if you dont cross a picket line, you are not penalized. No one will show.
