Falling
Derek Jackson is an awesome prof. He should be teaching it. Apparently the senate meeting is still going on.
aaronjw
How can the Senate meeting still be going on? This is NOT a complicated issue. Man the people who work here would be screwed if thru ever had to make a difficult decision lolelol

totallyawesome
"All courses offered by the Lassonde School of Engineering, the Schulich School of Business, the School of Nursing, the School of Administrative Studies and the School of Human Resources Management to resume Tomorrow, Wednesday, March 11" http://www.**DELETED**.com/r/yorku/comments/2ymm6g/all_courses_offered_by_the_lassonde_school_of/
011235813
As far as I can tell, this means any courses under the Lassonde banner, so courses like EECS etc. I looked at their website and those were the only official Lassonde courses. Anybody have any more information?
Zookinator
Hey guys, found a list of courses that will be resuming tomorrow. Hope this helps!http://labourdisruption.info.yorku.ca/classes-resume-march-11/

Falling
Some of those programs need to complete x amount of credits by date y to do practicums. I think Nurses have to be done soon in order to complete practicums and register as nurses. I think same thing applies to lassonde. Not sure why ADMS is back on. Falling
If classes start for me, I will attend (the ones I usually attend, I skip some classes because they're not important). My only concern will be the new bus stops. Still not sure what they will do with Biol2070 if we restart.

Falling
What is 2070? (guess I could look it up) You seem particularly concerned about this course? High lab emphasis? It is only labs. 2 lab sections a week. There is a final exam, but it is only worth 20% of the final grade. Simply can't run without TAs, and is a prereq for every upper year biology course. aaronjw
Oh that sucks hard then! Of my 5 courses even if senate returns them while a strike is ongoing I know 2 classes will not even run. Both profs are very union oriented and it's they are combined undergrad/grad courses. Falling

aaronjw
Shoukri and co must be paying their lawyers the big bucks. Time to look up admissions policies I wouldn't go into law to save my life and I LOVE to argue! I think when it comes to law, like medicine, you have to love IT otherwise you're going to be one unhappy person Falling
aaronjw
anyone else have a prof that says to email him (for whatever course related question) and then NEVER replies? This guy pisses me off so much. I'd like to stab him and others like him who do similar. If I never emailed a client back I wouldn't have clients. Law isn't for me, and it costs way too much to be one of those "at least I'm getting paid well" type of deals.
