PThopeful25
Congratulations to everybody who got accepted into Physiotherapy this year. I am going to be applying to Physiotherapy schools next year with my first choice being Western University. My GPA is pretty high but since I only recently decided to apply, I do not have as much volunteering/related work experience as a lot of you (although I am hoping to gain some by the application deadline). My question is how much weight is given to GPA and experience? Are there any of you who got in with high GPAs and little experience and those who got in with lower (relatively) GPAs but a lot of experience? Thank you for your input
Pink Tulip
If Westen is your first choice and your GPA is high enough for them 3.82+, then you will be fine without experience. Toronto is based on the CAP where previous experience may or may not help you. McMaster's MMI probably would go better with experience. Queens is a must-have-experience university. Keep up your grades and you can do Western. Good luck!
