tchengaa
hi i am new to this forum, and i am interested in applying pharmacy at ubc prior to doing med in Canada. please bear with my sloppy English as I'm not a native speaker. so for my academic background, i currently hold an engineering degree in Hong Kong, however i did poorly because it is not my real interest. i had already completed gce alevels before that, but i didn't have stunning grades, i got a B in physics, a C in biology, As in mathematics and chemistry. after a bit of preliminary research on the admission requirements shown in the ubc website, i find out that i have already fulfilled the maths, chem and physics prerequisites for pharmacy course, so does that mean i can satisfy their minimum requirements if i complete the required biology courses in a college or whatever? any advice is greatly appreciated ! thanks a lot ! Flow Cytometry
You also need to write PCAT. Are you currently in Hong Kong? UBC Pharm is competitive and i am not sure how grades in GCE will convert. Flow MD 2009 Internal Medicine UBC
sully22
Also note that UBC pharmacy only accepts students who are permanent residents or citizens of Canada.
