Guest All Good Names are Used

Most interviews now incorporate situational questions into the interview! I was just wondering if and how they score these questions and the best way to prepare for them (without the answers seeming rehearsed)????

Thanks:D

<title>Canada and research</title>

<pagetext>I was asked this last year:

How is Canada doing in reserach compared to other countries?

and to follow up, which countries are the world leaders in research?

I would assume this to be medical related research.

This is one question that I have a tough coming up ideas for. I understand that you want to be completly honest but yet want to present yourself in a positive light. Any ideas would/tips would be welcome
