Reference Check

Is reference check at random at this point or do they select individuals based on some criteria?

Do the only check references or vilifiers for activities as well at this point of process?

I had one of my referees contacted.

I was wondering if they let us know in case a verifier cannot be contacted.

I meant that I got an interview but was not accepted on May.15th. However, they still contacted my verifier before I got my rejection...

One of my Verifiers got contacted as well this last week, not sure how to interpret it. Must mean that your application is still viable as they wouldn't check if they weren't considering you still. I'm trying not to read too much in to it at this point.

Same here...I hardly think they would waste their time checking verifiers after all the pre/post interview scores are in if you have zero chance for acceptance.

 

This is all pretty much conjecture but I wouldn't perceive having your verifiers contacted as a negative thing.

No one knows. If there is not a speck of lie on your application, you don't need to worry.

That's not what I'm worried about. Just wondering if everybody who had gotten in had at least one verifier contacted at any point during the whole process.

Right, but I'm saying don't try to think of not having your verifiers contacted so far as a sign to lose hope.
