I recieved the WashU letter too, and although it seemed very interesting as I flipped through the brochure, seeing those tution numbers (34000 or something) and then remembering the exchange rate (i think it comes to about 50 cdn/ year) made me lose interest very quickly and also made me glad to live in Saskatchewan where I have a chance to get in after only two years undergrad and pay 9400 (which I was pissed off about before but which seems like a good deal now).

In MCAT registration, Block GG was for the MCAT Score Release Service, which permits AAMC to release your info to schools interested in recruitment (different from releasing scores to AMCAS, but not very clear in the wording). That might be the reason you're receiving these unsolicited letters..
