Just got this message from their technical group:

 

We are aware that many of you are currently experiencing some issues with your CASPer test. We apologise for the inconvenience of this issue.

We are dealing with an eternal site issue that is causing some unexpected test behaviour and loading issues. Please close your test and await further instruction. We will let you know when you will be able to resume your test. 

Your patience with this issue is much appreciated.

This is unbelievable. Those that wrote the Casper test without any interruptions are now at an advantage.

CASPer was already unfair given how many people cheated on this test. And now with this crash some people saw the prompts before it crashed? Thank you Altus and Mac!

I did the test last year and had no problems, this is so inconsistent.... Like so unfair and not right, this should be a video prompt - i would not choose to implement CASPer unless it was 100% safe and fair.

I agree with you. This isn't just some small test, it is an exam that could determine the careers of hundreds of people... to rely on such an inconsistent instrument makes it an uneven field.

Refund or not, our casper is still being graded with these conditions. Are they going to take this into consideration when grading it?
