Need an Apartment in Montreal

I'm looking for a place to stay in Montreal.. I would prefer it to be on the 144 bus route, close to general hospital and McGill Univ. I'm looking to lease a place starting in July or Spetember 2006. Please let me know if you have such a place. Thank you.

Are you looking for a 1 bedroom place, or looking for roommates as well? (I might know of a few people with 2-3 bedroom places that will be available in July/Sept, but no singles.)
