somebowdy
Try asking over on SDN for more insight - it's the US version of premed101. Your MCAT is ~30 on the old scale, which I think limits you from top tier schools, but you can apply to low and mid-tiers I believe. Not sure how the graduate GPA is taken into account, but the lower undergraduate GPA might hurt you. Perhaps look into buying the MSAR which gives more info on stats, etc.
JohnGrisham
Your low uGPA and MCAT will make you fairly uncompetitive for US MD schools. Are you in-province anywhere? Your non-academics might help you get an interview at some USDO programs. If USMD is your only consideration, you're going to want to retake the 509 and do much better to get some looks. Or go back and do a 2nd undergrad degree, get a 4.0 and thus open some potential doors in Canada at the same time.
bearded frog
You are dead on arrival with that undergrad GPA for USMD. Graduate school is not counted the same, like in Canada, so great master's grades doesn't help too much. Improve your GPA or consider USDO.
