However, I believe that there is a certain number of positions for OOP students, so basically you would be "judged" against other OOP applicants with regards to your GPA, essay, etc. Looking at it in these terms, your chances of getting in are determined by how many people apply for those relatively few seats (I don't have an absolute number).
