Southern Ontario Acceptances?

Hi there,

Just wondering if anyone was/knows someone who is not from Northern Ontario that has been accepted recently? Or even got an interview.

I know it's rare but contemplating if it's worth applying.

Well that 10% or 7 people were from rural or remote Canada, so not GTA.

I was just wondering if anyone on here did get accepted from southern ontario, what their gpa, ec's etc looked like.

In the last 3 years 0 (0%) people who are NOT from Northern Ontario/Remote areas have been accepted.

NOSM couldn't care less if you have a 4.0 over all 4 years, and are an Olympic Athlete/Nobel Laureate if you don't fit their mission. I'd imagine that every year hundreds of people apply who don't understand this and then wonder why they were rejected.
