whatevenhappened
*Asking for a friend + please be nice! Does anyone know Dal's history of granting deferrals? For instance, if an incoming female med student would have a ~4 week-old baby at the start of classes, what are the odds that the student's request for a deferral would be granted? Thanks in advance! cbz
Hey, according to CMES from AFMC annual stats, Dal doesn't give out many deferrals. On average, about 1 spot deferred per year. Hope this helps whatevenhappened

SmallTownGal
My acceptance letter also said that because of COVID students that were in a graduate program and were not able to finish their degree before the July 31st deadline can apply for a deferral, so there may be more given out this year than usual. I am not sure what they would say in terms of personal/family reasons, but this year is certainly unlike previous ones. avocado_toast and Malk
