Guest Edwarder
Hi, I just received the package in the mail today. There is a page that speaks of bursaries in two categories... differential tuition bursaries and Faculty of Medicine Bursaries. I am a little confused about the former category as you are only eligible if you pay the mandatory differential fee? First of all, what is the differential fee? Secondly, if it is mandatory, why would they say that only the students who pay the differential fee are eligible? I may have just missed something, but I am really confused right now! Guest Edwarder
[link=http://www.ucalgary.ca/UofC/students/awards/Awds/Prof-main.htm#DT newwindow]http://www.ucalgary.ca/UofC/students/awards/Awds/Prof-main.htm#DT[/link] Hi, I just did a bit of research. From the page above, I've deduced that differential tuition equates to tuition above what an undergrad arts/science student would pay. Please correct me if I am wrong, though. The link above gives you a lot more info about the bursaries available if anyone is interested. Ed
Guest Jerika81
Yeah you are right. If you are in medical school at U of C then you are paying differential tuition and you qualify for the differential tuition bursaries.
