The AAMC claims that no one in Canada has yet been able to register. If they have been able to register, they have not been able to pay - essentially voiding their registration. They say that they have no time available to know when it will be fixed - in her words exactly: just keep trying every 30 min I just confirmed over the phone with my credit card company, my transaction DID go through.
