I believe that if you need these fall courses to complete the overall credit requirements, your uni should have already sent in the courses you were planning to take in the fall/winter semesters to be sure you would have enough credits. If those courses were already included in the transcript you sent in October, then you should be fine. I believe they don't need the graded transcripts since they won't include those in your GPA calc anyway. I only applied to one school so can't speak for all the rest so you might want to consult that OMSAS info booklet on the OMSAS page for each school's requirement.
