I was thinkin about the 3 series, 2006, since u have it, what do u think about the car? difference between i and xi? recommedations? is it worth the Ks?

 

Thats a very good choice too. When I bought it was hesitating between it and an older M3 but I found it a bit expensive for a 7-8 yrs car. for a 2 yrs car the price was ok in my opinion.

 

For the I vs XI, I had a 2002 325XI before so I saw both sides of the medal.

If you don't go up north and stay in the city, the I is OK with good winter tires. This winter I had very bad tires on my 330I and without any weight in the trunk it went OK so I guess with new tires next year it should be perfect. Another thing also is considering the tires price (17 inches run flat around 1400$) you could also buy a cheap winter car and save your beemer from the winter. The XI is a bit slower and needs more gas but if you do go up north or there is a storm in the city you will have fun watching other people stuck while you are free riding :D.

 

Personaly I would not buy an XI not because of the price difference it is like only 2000$ more but because of the driving.

 

I could keep on for hours on BMW lol but here is my advice if you're willing to go for a 3 series. Go for a 2006 (sedans) or 2007(coupe) since it is the new body and you'll be ok until 2013. Don't go for the 323 (inside is realy cheap) at least a 325 and if you can the 330 or 335 is realy worth it. Take the sport package I think it is a must nicer bumper better suspension and the 18 in rims. And I would not take the XI stick to the I. Oh yeah and take it standard don't take it automatic you'll have less fun driving it and you could have problems selling it afterwards.

Ohhhh my god, yesterday i was walkin down ste-catherine and I passed by Ogilvy just to check out some stores. OOOHHH my gosh, did u see the new Louis Vuiton Bag? The one that has a zipper and a hand strap!!! wow its even on sale. And I passed by Lacoste too, wow hes doin a BIG rebate on all classics, 10%!!! My gosh my gosh I cant believe it:p I can talk about this handbag for 3 more hours without gettin bored. Youhou:p

J'ai passé par la boutique Nine west récemment et j'ai flashé sur de souliers Snooks:

 

Je me les offres le 15 mai for sure:

- SI je suis refusée ça va me calmer

- Si je suis accepté ça va me calmer

- Si je suis en liste d'attente ça va me calmer.

 

Dans les trois cas je me les offre

What is the problem of talking luxury items in a medical school forum? It's not like doctors can't appreciate the finer things in life... :cool:
