Orpas Reference Change?

Hi, I'm in a pickle. I was supposed to get a volunteer reference but that referee is no longer available. However, the volunteer manager of the same organization is willing to provide me a reference. Does anyone know if Orpas will accept this reference even though the online form has a different name of referee. Although it will be from the same volunteer organization? Has this happened to anyone?

Did you download the form already? If you did, then according to their website, you cannot. However, don't lose hope. I would call orpas and ask if there is anything they can do? Surely, you are not the first person to be in this situation. Especially if you give a good reason for your referees unavailability. Good luck  . I hope you figure it out.

Thanks for your reply. My next question is, what if I start a new application? Does ORPAS allow new applications since I have not submitted any documents in my first application yet. :S
