Of course I do understand Casper is a huge factor Just some anecdotal evidence. I received an interview two cycles ago with nearly identical stats, but did not receive an interview last cycle. So its definitely not out of the picture obviously. The problem is that CASPer is such a crap shoot, it is hard to rely on that to get an interview.
