Canadian Medical Schools: Best two years GPA?

Which Canadian Medical Schools utilize best 2 years for GPA calculation, instead of cumulative GPA? Please list them

In Ontario - Western is the primary one with the best of two years policy (if you obey as well the other rules), but Queens has the last two years policy which for many is the same thing. Ottawa only takes the last 3 years which is a bit of stretch but similar. In some cases TO's wGPA policy effectively creates similar GPA outcomes even though it isn't based on years.
