If it is too soon for you just ask to reschedule, they are usually very accommodating.

 

Btw: congrats all on your interviews, I'm sure it boosts your confidence knowing that someone wants to interview you. For those who don't have invites yet, it is still really early on in the game.

For those of you who got Wayne state interviews...where do we get info on the tour????????? There is a distinct lack of information about it in the letter and on the website it seems.

 

I e-mailed them to ask and all she said was: the tour is not mandatory....

The tour wasn't amazing...it's very informal. Just meet in the admissions office. If you want, you can try and find me and I can give you a cooler tour, take you to a lecture, or show you the area outside of the medical school.

 

Btw, yes Wayne is Canadian friendly. From what I can tell, at least 3 of the faculty/staff members are Canadian and there are 19 of us in the class of 2012.

I budgeted about $10k less (at least for this year). I think it's definitely doable without making ridiculous sacrifices.

They didn't send me email, it was just me doing my routine check on all of the status pages.

It says that interviews are conducted every Monday and Wednesday and the third Tuesday of every month, and you can select your own interview day on the calendar.

Does anyone know the chances of acceptance after an interview for Wayne State? can't seem to find it anywhere. Good to know that the school is Canadian friendly though.

I can't seem to find it. I logged in and it only says my application is complete. =\

I received an email from SUNY upstate on August 13th saying that my application was complete.

After that, I didn't see any change on the status page until today.

 

The interview invite message is right on the page when you log into the secondary application website.
