Just wondering - what happens if someone signs a ROS before they get to the CaRMS stage and then don't match? Or is there some sort of guarantee of a family med residency spot associated with a ROS?

 

ETA: I should specify that I'm wondering about the type of ROS that'd be available to students at Canadian schools, not IMGs.
