I did the PhD interview in the afternoon... Most exhausting day ever, and still not the slightest idea how any of it went!! My midterms start Monday, I don't know how I'm supposed to study... Clover_236
I can imagine! I was pretty beat just after the MMI. I have a week of buffer time till my midterms begin but tons of experiments to do and papers to go thro at the lab...so hard to get back into the rhythm after the interview. Albertan10
3 midterms just this week. i can certainly relate. the fact that they are worth so much will eventually force me to temporarily forget about the interview at least until the end of the week. greywolf4
I feel the same! I just want to know! It is very hard to focus on my last term knowing that the results are coming in soon.
umisays
I am in the same boat as everyone here. All I think about all day long is how my interview went. I just keep going over what happened in my head. At first, I thought I did well. But now that I've had more time to ruminate, I'm realizing all these little mistakes I may have made. But another side of me thinks I might just be over-analyzing. And yet another side of me realizes the futility in spending so much time thinking about this, since it wont affect the outcome. And so, I'm trying to get through these two weeks by focusing my energy on midterms. The only thing worse than a refusal would be a refusal AND three bombed midterms! The only thing worse than a refusal would be a refusal AND three bombed midterms! my thoughts exactly. especially with a refusal you might just need those marks to re-apply again if you don't get in elsewhere. despite so many midterms, it's refreshing not to think about the interview, because that's all i was doing for quite some time

Robin Hood
Leap year = an extra day of waiting until March 9th.... Ugh!! If it wasn't a leap year, you would have had to wait until March 10, so lead year or not, it wouldn't probably have changed anything.

mb222
I'm fully bilingual and currently attending veterinary school in French at UdeM... However, I personnally find it quite difficult to speak/learn about SCIENCE in French, and I'd prefer to complete my medical education in English.
