Butterfly_ Posted March 20, 2018 Report Share Posted March 20, 2018 Hey guys, I've been looking at the Accept/Reject/Waitlist thread and noticed most people who got in had very high MCAT scores. I only scored a 508 (avg 127) and was wondering if any with this score or below got into UofA? I'm OOP as well. Knowing so would greatly calm my anxiety. Thank you! SureThing Posted March 21, 2018 Report Share Posted March 21, 2018 It appears that the U of A has radically changed the way they evaluate applicants so looking at the old threads is unlikely to be indicative of what they're looking for. Got 506 and was accepted. I believe theres someone in my class who got a 501. In saying this, are you guys implying that the 128 CARS cutoff is no longer absolute for OOP applicants?
