mcpherv Posted June 3, 2008 Report Share Posted June 3, 2008 I'm not really sure how this would be the greatest good for the greatest number...there are still the same number of medical school spots in Ontario/Canada...the fact that people with provisional acceptances get kicked off the Western waiting list will not change that the same number of people will get in True enough - it DOES however serve the greater good for the greater number of people on Western's waitlist itself. This is, of course, unfortunately at the expense of those waitlisted at other schools and those that may have wanted to attend Western but have provisional acceptances elsewhere. University in general, but I did get a call from someone from schulich (not the admissions people I don't think) the other day (about further info for the scholarships) and it still said "Blocked ID".
