Just a quick comment on the CVs - although it is 10% - it is a crucial part of the application. Given the competition throughout years - if you do not read carefully what is required and you put minimum effort in this - you will not get an interview. You are given two pages to express who are and what matters to you in terms of activities - submitting the wrong format, editing margins, or not even completing two pages can often be a sign (but no always) of well-below average CV and almost costing you that entire 10%. If whoever is interested and some sort of feedback - I would be happy to look at your CV and tell you my personal opinion if it your CV is below average, average, or above and tell you small areas of improvement.
