MedIn2010
Does anyone else find it really weird that the interview dates are Sundays and Mondays? Do you think this is an error, or they are actually doing them on Mondays? Seems weird to me.

What do you think...rewrite MCAT ?!?! MCAT makes the UofT cut. Do you qualify for UofT wGPA? If not, and you have hopes for Ontario medicine, it looks like you'll need to rewrite (can you believe that? A 33R needs to rewrite. Crazy!). Lets see.
itimebomb2
anyone bold enough to ask the AdCom office what the cutoff's are? the likelihood of them responding positively is low... but always worth a try. who knows, maybe the officeboy will pick up and divulge some secret info unwittingly... itimebomb2
Just received an interview invite! "you have successfully met our requirements for an interview in March 2010." Interviews are being held on March 7, 8, 28, and 29. interview booking system is available beginning February 1st, 8:00 am (EST) and will close on February 7th, 11:59 pm (EST). Stats: 3.8, 10/11/12/R edit: oh snap, am I the first? I guess it's set at R.... jonrice - can you please confirm the breakdown of your MCAT? if it is normal, than your invite determines that a PS 10 is sufficient. HBP
I don't see anyone with BS10 who got in, how do u kno? Would a 12 11 10 R be safe???? Thanks Yes it would be. In the other thread there is a 10 BS.
GGGSaint
Yes it would be. In the other thread there is a 10 BS. Not sure if that's right, unless I keep missing this person. Haven't seen an interview invite for anyone with a 10 BS yet. Could you perhaps quote it? Regardless, the BS cut doesn't matter to me. It is the 9 VR that will probably be cut later on for my score (unless there is some sort of layering of individual scores). Good luck this next month guys! You guys are right, it's not there (anymore). It was there earlier when I posted the cutoffs (supafield confirmed) in this thread. Someone probably deleted it and didn't want their stats on the thread.

rmorelan
Like the guy above, I don't see it. Could you please quote it. Thanks. 1) Invited 2) GPA cgpa 3.92 (3rd year undergrad) 3) MCAT (PS/VR/BS/WS) 10/11/10/S 4) UG or Grad? 3rd year undergrad) from discworld. It in one shot has both the PS and BS at 10. Good clearance case as well - the score sum is

rmorelan
Isn't that a 12 for BS? Sorry using that one to clear the 10 PS score. There is someone accepted with a 10BS and 10PS so that kind of streamlines that
jonrice
haha yes. Sorry for the confusion guys: 10PS/11VR/12BS/R = me = interview. I really feel like it's a 10/10/10/R, wasn't that what it was 2 years ago? I feel like the R cut-off 2 years ago led to a somewhat different interview pool. Last year, it seemed like everyone with a Western interview interviewed at Queen's as well.
itimebomb2
Looks like 10/10/10/R is the concensus then, according to what we've got on the forum.

FMLFMLFML You might still have a chance at UofT. The cutoff *should* be 9/9/9/Q as they're not as strict as Queen's/Western with the MCAT. If something's going to stop you from getting an interview at UofT, it might be the GPA, not the MCAT...3rd years' who get into UofT have crazy grades!
