This may help: https://www.ouac.on.ca/faq/accept-offer-remain-on-wait-lists/ I'm not sure if you are taken off all acceptances, but in Ontario once you've respond to one Ontario school, you're remove from all waitlists, so I would assume that it would extrapolate to acceptances as well.
