This can't possibly be true. The information I had is that Western gives you a certain amount of added bonus for masters/honours but it is very small. Gut feeling says 7 pm tonight is for acceptances and tomorrow morning is wait list , noon is for rejects. If that doesn't happen, they need extra administrative assistants...
