apache
serious... that's like the only thing I wouldn't treat... I'd totally prefer borderlines all day, ptsd victims, autistics too schizophrenia... it's like, we have ten drugs, schizoaffective calls for lithium monitoring, plus some white blood cell counts... then it's just anti-psych dejour Huh? I don't get the joke, sowwy. But schizophrenia anywhoo. Do you ever skip class?
FrenchToast
Uhhh, I literally get a second wind from 10pm-3-4am... so I can never fall asleep early, if i have to get up at like 6 am I just don't sleep at all (my meds keep me wife awake in the morn so it doesn't matter, I just crash for a few hours after whatever retarded obligation got me up at 6 am, on the other hand, once 3:30-4:00 am rolls around I'm out cold till like 10.... 2-5 min and I'm out, and I don't get up till wake up time. If you're talking about being drunk as ****, imagine being drunk as hell and on amphetamines, it's the trippiest feeling ever, like I can think insanely clear but can't walk in a straight line. Honestly, I take on a laissez fair attitude, if I ever have sleeping probs (like never I'll just get my psych to write me some clonidine or zopiledem and zapelon... old school but ****, why bother with ezopiclone or zopiclone when it has just a bit more alpha 1 exclusive selectivity than valium (kind of a joke, as in basically none...) plus the short half lifes of the later 2 mean you don;t wake up dorwsy as hell... personally, i've always preferred melatonin though... yeah... might as well go for the ativan if your doc's giving you ambien... clonidine and guanifencin are central imizdazole antagonists (basically shut down down your cns... and totally knock you out... without the benzo fun (why do you think I'm so excited about this comt thing... i take the equivelant of 3-4 mg of ativan a day (clonazepam) and I don't even feel tired... but losing keys and remember minutia like an encyclopedia gets old yo... I guess either way, they;re already marketing the selective inverse agonist for the mnesic and habit forming site for alzheimers, as well as a combined deliver system, so whatev's, either now or in 5 years... (see, pharma's great, imagine valium with minimal tolerance or memory deficits... citalopram and it's enantiomer improvement, plus bs like xanax xr will be patent expired and I'll gladly pay 130 a month for my meds instead of 7 bucks... I wonder if parents who use guanifencin know there's a 30 year old med that cost 5 bucks that does the same thing, doubt it... then again I could just import SSRE's into Canada, charge a 250 percent mark up (strange a 40 year old drug the FDA protected by imposing clinical trials on a patentless med with a safety record of 20 years when prozac first came out... due dilligence I suppose... yeah, ditto with Strattera and failed depression trials and why reboxatine doesn't exist in North America... I won't even go into the melatonin derived libido enhancer for ladies and gents which will be out as soon as Cialis XR runs dry... and **** the the cardiomyopathy Vyvanse causes... do you think intimidation is a good way to getting a job till I peace it for England... cause when you get the reps home number I think I'm suppsed to call them... cause well, the home numbers the last straw... as in someone's trying to get me a sales job... but ****, might as well push Conerta for Janssen, I chuckle when I hear lay judges grant off patent-proprietary rights to like Addies XR, at 6 times the US price... the lawyer shoots some rhetoric, and ****, now we have safer Vyvanse, kind off... in 3 of 10 comparisons... but that's a long story... but Conerta's osing marketshare to Vyvanses replacement in 12 years, l-ornitihine-lysdextroamfetamine... same thing as the lysine conjugate... umbrella defined as amp-conjugate, except selectively used to show stable pharmacokinetics and quantitative abuse potential (if trypsin enzymes and cola aren't available... lol... too bad Conerta will be off market in 12 years... when it hit's market to minimize the the cardiac side effects of the conj-amp to market.... the essentially amino acid with high Cmaxes... appetite suppression... also causes high S.D.'s plasma conc... meaning rebound and accidential addiction... oops... plus more propylhexedrine than Desoxyn and Dexedrine Sulfate (Straigh Meth-Amp HCl and Amphetamine with steep pharmacokinetics)... oops... So question to you, how do you play this... because well, this is a **** a reps pant's moments... because the reps dumb it down for the docs... and well... I'm leading Janssen... since their rep is an ugly human ecologist bimbo and I can play the lecture to the I know you care about your patients, so look out for a, b, and c... rather than, hey bud, guess what... you're a dumbass... I'm pretty socially maleable. Oh ****, on I went again. What's the baddest thing you've ever done and got away with (a friends story will do if you don't have one, in case someone's a little reserved. ^ Pardon my absolute ignorance, but how come zopiclone isn't good? Why is alpha-1 selectivity beneficial? I'm really bad at navigating the literature (sorry!). I find that zopiclone usually helps me when I take high enough doses (5 mg). I normally take around 2.5 mg, but when I'm really wired/stressed, it usually doesn't help. Normally when I know I've been drinking I take only 1.25 mg, but I still worry that it's really dangerous. (Please don't tell me it's just a placebo effect if doses that low work for me sometimes. Please don't ruin it if it is! ) I've never done anything really bad. Worst thing I ever did was stole a stuffed animal from my grandparents' house when I was around 6 or 7 because they said I couldn't have it because my brother and I would fight (and I knew we wouldn't). Didn't get away with that, though. My friends are just as reserved as I am, so that second part doesn't help, haha. apache
first, long half life... ****ty grogginess during waking, also habituation via rna tran mods via alpha 5 agonism... not peripheral... that only goes to 3... and thats beta (b3 receptors... any idea what they do??? don't worry, alpha1 and 2 are all you gotta worry about there... think epi- in the blood, blood pressure... except well, beta 3 has no pharmacological targeting meds and doesn't do **** to blood pressure, but a reason why raves sell water for 5 dollars... and which clonidine and.... yeah, the reinvention we waited 30 years and 30 fold the price to effect, block central alpha 2, shutting down the sympathetic pns all down, mostly... wonder if there's selectivity towards slowing down binding by receptor, since cocaine overdoses usually just get valium, probably... but **** carvediol... a1/b1, 2 pills in 1, **** the non selective betablockers for your late night meth or coke junkie, who needs unopposed alpha 1 agonism when you've got carvediol... although the valiums prob nice since opiates kill your resp rate minus the heart rate which means tachy, more tachy until you get that beta 2 agonist in (also not smart... non selectives on astmatics, can you guess, why... shoot, drugs are fun... such an enjoyable... puzzle to put together... jk, but i do need a smoke and a trip to late night hot tub to take my mind off nicotine, taking a concerta and energy drink cause i'm tired by watching some half naked kinky girls... then again, why bot do both... yeah, this was an answer, so no question, right... funny q i asked today, ever heard of sarte... think i'm nuts yet... and if you don't are you confortable disconnecting from you, your roles, how people view you, and even embracing dialectical opposite statistical traits (smoking mph. being nerdy, yet charming and athletic, as well uber ambitious and a bit of hedonist... now wtf is that... just a challenge... who are you.... ^ Pardon my absolute ignorance, but how come zopiclone isn't good? apache
half of our traits are identical (dispositional traits - almost visceral characteristics) my expression of those traits is completely opposite, but 50 years of seperation, multiple mind****s, 12 years extra formal ed, plus prob like 5 extra i did on my own (my mental view of the world and how I express that disposition) lets say my dad would throw a punch and love a government job, never express emotion, feelings... whereas I would sue you, ruin your reputation, hate secure public sector bs like government jobs unless it's as an mp, private consultant or behind the scenes giving the prime minister orders. it's weird, cause as different as we are, I'm what my dad would be if he had the opportunities in life he was able to give me. do you think youre sexy? Usually I let them know they're wrong with a satircal example but if I don't like a person I just cut to the chase and let loose. and nope I've never even played a synth but my effects pedals have some synth-like settings so I'm decently satisfied with that. The harmonizer is my favourite, totally retro sound http://proguitarshop.com/effects/synth-pedals.html Word of warning about the guitar synth pedals though, if you play more than one note at a time it overloads the system and you just get ear piercing white noise, so forget strumming chords and if you strum a lot of strings carelessly (while muting the ones you don't need) while you play like I do, just out of the question lol I play acoustic nowadays anyways, my amp's tubes are fried and I'm too lazy to replace them.
