Can residents make multiple transfers?

In theory, sure. Practically, almost certainly not. Your second program that went to bat for you, and then if you try bailing on them... unlikely you will be able to get positive references.

ha good grief - that is someone that cannot make up their mind :)

Has to be incredibly rare for that to happen - although with 1000s of people going into it a year you are going to get these strange events. I wonder why they moved so much, and what they ended up with.
