Yup I find that it's really small, which beforehand I took as a good sign.

What phone company are you with? When I was in Asia two weeks ago phone calls cost $3 a minute but they were still possible.

Oh I'm with Rogers, but I switched out my SIM card to an Asia one already, so any calls they would have made to my Rogers number would not have connected =S.

 

Hence what I mean by "calls cannot be made". Maybe I should switch my SIM card back just to check... but I have no plan that allows me to see who called me while my phone was "off"!

Your family must have some old retired phone lying around you can put the SIM into! That's what I ended up doing with this huge clunky thing. I was carrying two phones around the entire trip.
