Haha, was trying to check for similarities. When I was waitlisted 3 years ago, my status always stayed at "Incomplete Items Outstanding". Not sure if this means anything...

Edit: Unless they really aren't ready to release today, and still have others to process. That's what I choose to believe is happening.

But it doesn't say decision made (things outstanding or whatever the message is). OOP.

I guess both the "Decision Made" and "In Progress" can both be looked at as good or bad.....both mean either yes/no/maybe

I consider it an extreme thing....you're either at the top of the pack or so far at the bottom that they won't even consider you for wait list
