I was under the impression that they might randomly check your references and ABS just as an overview to make sure you are fairly well-rounded after offers are decided? Just as a double check. And OMSAS requires you to fill those parts in anyway

to be honest though, as soon as you say 4.0/129 all casper inferences are null. your casper could range from amazing to slightly subpar and the 4.0/129 would have taken you to interviews at uO and Mac

I had 4.0 129 but interviewed at Mac but not uO
